Monarch is excited to showcase our new, Assisted Living! Union County’s FIRST full-continuum care facility! Residents choose what they want to eat, when to get up and go to sleep, how they want to furnish their apartment, and what activities they want to participate in. Monarch’s independent and assisted living apartments and suites offer the highest amenities at an affordable rate. We want Monarch to feel like home for our residents while keeping in mind their security, well-being and their independence.

Monarch Assisted Living strives to promote resident choice while providing services tailored to our residents’ personalized care plans. Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art technology to ensure that all care plans exceed their individual needs. All care plans are reviewed regularly by our skilled team of nurses and therapists and can be changed as the need arises.

Our assisted living program offers a higher level of care when independent living becomes unmanageable. Residents can choose to stay in their one bedroom apartment or transition to one of our first floor suites to offer a smaller, more convenient space. Regardless of where our residents live, they can rest easy knowing their care will be uninterrupted. 

Monarch is pleased to now offer Memory Care services to our assisted living residents. In addition to offering a safe, secure environment, for our residents with memory care needs we are dedicated to providing specialized care that promotes dignity, independence and a sense of community belonging. Our team of care providers receive specialized education and training focused on achieving the highest quality of life for our memory care residents.
